With the stock market moving to new highs on an almost daily basis the last few weeks, that begs the question, why? With an economy that is still reeling from the COVID-19 pandemic, uncertainty about the upcoming election, and a severely damaged "main street" environment, what is driving the action in the stock market? We believe that one of the primary factors is the accommodative policy from the federal reserve. A phrase that is thrown around a lot is "Don't fight the Fed". The goal of this video is to explain what that means and why it actually tends to ring true a lot of the time.
